- You are responsible for all taxes, insurance, permits, and licenses required for your business.
2. Eligibility, Background Checks, and Training

- Professional conduct is required. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior results in immediate removal.
4. Quality Assurance and Proof of Service
- You must follow visit steps, capture required media, and submit accurate notes.
- Visits are reviewed for quality and compliance. Failed QA reviews may result in required rework, reduced payouts, or removal from routes.
- You agree that payouts may be reduced or forfeited (up to 50%) when QA review standards are not met, proof is inaccurate, or a visit is not completed.

- Payouts may be delayed for investigation of fraud, disputes, or incomplete documentation.
- Tips and bonuses are discretionary and may be adjusted for chargebacks or fraud.
